Curry Chef - We seek an experienced Chef with knowledge of authentic Bangladeshi dishes originating from the Sylhet district. Experience managing kitchen best practices including use of cooking tools.
Experience: Minimum of 1 years experience as a Full Time Curry chef in a kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Managing Kitchen Staff, Ordering supplies, Preparing food & ingredients, Create menus & revise current ones, Maintain food hygiene standards, Compliance with applicable health best practices & regulations.
Waiting Staff - We seek experienced waiting staff with comprehensive knowledge of Indian & Bangladeshi cuisine. Working in a team ensuring we deliver first class service to patrons including meeting individual requirements of food dishes for customers.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience at a busy restaurant serving regional Indian cuisine.
Requirements:
Able to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure standard are maintained included cleanliness & presentation, presenting a variety of menu choices to diners, taking orders promptly & accurately displaying knowledge for different food palates, working well as a team
£26,200 per annum
Both Full Time Permanent Roles, 37.5 hours per week
